Summer decided it was nice enough to sit out on the steps of Phoenix. She was even kind of getting used to staying in the cabins. Okay, that was a lie. She still didn't like the whole cabins in the woods thing. She especially wasn't a big fan of the Preserve. Still, she didn't mind sitting outside at the moment.

Mostly, she was keeping an eye on Pancakes who was hopping around nearby.

After their run in with an axe murderer, Summer and Shawn made their way back to Phoenix. They had gone into the bathroom to clean up all the blood, making sure there were no lingering wounds. Summer didn't feel it was necessary to go to the clinic since Shawn had completely healed her.

Now, they were sitting in her alcove, quietly freaking out. As far as she knew, she had just killed someone. She wasn't sure how she was supposed to deal with that.

For now, they decided to keep it to themselves because keeping things a secret always works out well.
