Summer had been debating whether or not to go home this weekend at her dad's request. He couldn't be here for Parents Weekend, so he wanted her to go home instead. Summer really wasn't sure she was ready to go back to Newport Beach just yet, but she knew she had to eventually. After her discussion with Chris at the Devil's Nest last weekend, the decision was made somewhat easier. If she really needed an escape, he could just orb her away. Simple as that. It was good to have friends who could teleport.

She was doing something at the moment she'd never done before: packing only things she needed. Shocking.
